For several years the Graphic Design and Illustration course at LJMU has been an educational partner for the 2CO Communicating Complexity International Design Conference.
This June we asked John Moores University to host the first of these “seminar gathering” in Liverpool. It will involve a series of short presentations from academics and professionals and lots of opportunity for discussion between both sides about the challenges of communicating complexity through design.

Just Enough - prototyping methods for today’s interaction models

Prototyping can be a powerful activity when designing digital experiences. But with a surge in the number of prototyping tools available, there is a tendency for designers to look to the latest or most hyped.
